The design is slightly loose around the waist and worn diagonally across the body. The length of the one-shoulder strap can be adjusted to change the length. The pleated, voluminous, flared silhouette is appealing. It is much lighter than it looks. It is not see-through. (No pockets or lining)

The skirt also has belt loops at the waist, so you can remove the one-shoulder strap and wear it as a skirt on its own. Use a belt as you like.
